Help Market needs background data to be enabled

I get this message when I open up the market. Any idea what it is or how to fix it?

Under settings go to account and sync. The top check box is for background data just check the top box and you should be good to go.

This is very good advice. It worked like a champ to get my 'Market App' working again. How did it get into this state though? My suspicion is Titanium Backup. The only thing i've done today on the phone was run a full backup of all apps and data.
