Help Market not showing paid apps.

I'm not able to view any paid apps in the Market, nor has my phone downloaded the paid apps, from the Market, that I had previously on my Android tablet.

The phone is a U.S. phone, but I am currently in Afghanistan, and the internet service that I am using is based out of Germany. Is it possible that could be something to do with this problem?

Yes. The paid market is not available in most Middle East countries. If your phone is rooted, you can download Market enabler (from the internet, not available on market) to fake your provider details.
