Root Market not working over WiFi?

Anyone else dealing with this, it has been awhile, but only has been annoying since I started playing with ROMS. Especially because for whatever reason if I restore using Titanium backup it screws up my phone and causes a bunch of force closes. I think it restored Sense 3.0 files into a sense 3.5 rom, my fault.

I am going to try restoring individual apps this time around, but would like to fix the market over WiFi problem if I can.

The general recommendation around here is to use Tibu in batch mode (press menu then batch to see the commands). And when you do, only back up your apps, not your system data. The first backup option is basically to do a complete backup of all non-system apps on your phone at the time, and it is the safest and simplest way to make sure you got all of them, but it takes a few minutes.
