Help Market problem :(

When I open my market app, It stays "Loading..." For a few seconds, then it closes to main screen.
It does not say any error.
I also know that Market is now google play store, But If I download the apk, It says authentication required. Please log in to your google account.
Help please

Please try the following,

Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Market > Uninstall updates > Clear Cache > Clear Data.

Open the Market Application. this should have resolved the problem.

Nope, Didn't work.
Btw I live in iran, but I don't think it makes a difference.

Not sure if the fact that you live in Iran makes a difference but I'd suggest to try a Repair Phone option just to confirm if this is an issue with your phone. For this download PC Companion from the Link below and run the Repair Phone option on it, a fresh re-installation on your phone should help.
