Help Market Solution without uninstalling?

guys we have this solution for now where it needs you to uninstall the current version of market and enable the market enabler app so that it lets you use other countries apps, but is a little hard to keep doing since we get constant updates for our apps we download from outside our region since i keep getting notifications but i cant see update, because i went back to the new market update.

So i ask you this, anyone has come up with a new simpler easier method to disable region lock on the market??
