wow... i have amazing news

3rd x10a has the same trouble as both older one lol
so tomorrow i'll check with the shitty router we have (from Bell sympatico "modem + router + wifi 'g'")

Change the encryption on the router if you haven't

My buddy is on Bell and his phone wouldn't connect to his new Bell High Speed wifi router.

I changed it from one encryption type to another....now it works.

I believe I had to change it from WPA2 to WPA....or vice versa. Then I retyped password and restarted the router. WPA, AES, PSK.

Change the router it using too. If it is on channel 1 or 7...change to 14.

PS. If you want to find the perfect channel to use for a router....when you phone can download stuff from the market, get Wifi Analyzer....open it....change the view to Channel Ratings....it will show you empty parts of the spectrum and lets you know if there are conflicts with other signals in the area.

finally it was the shitty Bell Sympatico Modem/Router...
switched to our Dlink dir-625 and everything is fine (for now lol)
