I am struggling to find where i can rate and comment on apps i have downloaded, no problem on phone, is that an issue with honeycomb?

There's another post somwhere about this, and the consensus seems to be that Google doesn't want adverse comments on applications that either don't work on Honeycomb, or are not optimised for it. My opinion is that most work fine even if not Honeycomb optimised.

If you want to use your tablet to comment on apps, you need to use a browser and go to the Android Market web site.
