Please note (this is directed to the two posts I just deleted from this thread and not the OP) downloading music or using an app to download music you have not paid for is against the rules and illegal.
Now back to the original question. That app is an AT&T app, have you contracted AT&T? Our just use the amazon mp3 store, I prefer that app and it lets you purchase music legally
