Mass Effect infiltrator

You are entitled to your opinion but I've never really understood the mentality of slapping down $500 for a piece of top of the line hardware and then being unwilling to pay a few dollars for software to run on it.

I have no opinion of this game and won't be buying it myself but I still don't understand why people have such an aversion to paying for games, especially when they have this much effort put into them.

I just bought NBA Jam for $5 and was not bothered by that price at all, especially considering the same game (essentially) is $20 for xbox or ps3.

Hmmm, thanks for the heads up, blaxican25. Funny thing about your link, on my tablet it brings me to something strange & not MEI, but on my phone (Motorola Atrix) it brings up a game I'd love to play on my Asus! :~} Different points have been raised in this thread, but I want to say thanks, now if I could get it to load on my Prime! My husband & I just beat ME 3 on Xbox & our son just signed us up for Steam, a website for streaming pc games (basically is how it works, I believe) and for Father's Day bought us ME (1) & 2 at a fraction of the cost, which was really sweet of him. But that's for us to play it on the media center pc he just helped us install on our smarttv, it won't do anything to take advantage of how much I'd love to play it on my Prime!! Oh well, soon it'll get straightened out & there are still plenty of fun things to do in the meantime!

As to paying money for software/app or a game, in particular, I don't usually pay for something I can't try first, but I've rarely regretted the small fees cus*****illy associated with all the work that went into something like that. There are plenty of apps that, for the marvelous functions they perform, it's shocking they're totally free and deserve donations(i.e. Llama, totally useful set of if/then statements for your phone or Prime, syncs w/Google Calender, ex., 'if' you connect to Bluetooth device -car-, 'then' start shortcut to playlist -Mellow-) or paid apps that pay for themselves over & over (Business Calendar, excellent widgets, syncs w/Google, links to contact on my phone providing hotlink to #, map, etc in appt). Goodness grief, I know I tend to be overly optimistic in some ways, but we benefit so much from developers taking chances on mobile platforms! I remember when I took over a business and tried several phones since my Kyocera was failing & just not up with the times. I loved different things about Palm (organization!), Blackberry (speakerphone), even, gulp, iPhone & used to tell my family members we should invent a phone where people can order it piecemeal online to get the best parts of each, open source as much as possible for software. Android has come very close & obviously surpassed my original concept!

That statement would be valid if EA was a good developer. But since they're not, I couldn't care less.

Then surely your first post should have read "Looked it up and then I saw that it was EA. Now I don't care."

It's annoying that it's not available on the Prime, Mass Effect rocks.

Indeed, great game. Looks and sounds great and runs beautifully on the Prime.

Only thing I don't like are the small stages, does make it feel like you are playing in a box! Makes it feel like a mobile phone game. But still worth it!

Now N.O.V.A 3 is a different beast! T'is amazing and nice big stages, should be for a 2GB game. :)

On a side note I noticed that Dev's can now reply to comments in the Play Store, handy..
