Help Mass Storage

Just purchase samsung galaxy s its a very nice phone but my mass storage devise is not working please help anyone.thanks

mac or PC?
if on mac, you have to enable USB debugging mode on the device first (dont ask me why...)
also, you have to go to settings -> phone info -> usb mode and change from KIES to ask every time.

when you connect your device, tell it to use mass storage mode.
then, when the phone tells you its connected, drag down the notification bar, select the USB item and press the button to make your memory accessible.
