Master sync can not be found

How do I get my emails back and running----the Mega will not allow me to do so

I'm making a wild guess here, because you didn't provide us with any information.

Save all your existing emails, preferably with an email program on your desktop or laptop.

Go to accounts and delete your email account.

Create a new email account with the same information.
