Master Sync on Galaxy Mega

Please help! I have a new phone. Everything has been great until today...nothing is coming through email....it has all been turned off....I have no idea how this happened, and I cannot find anything on this phone for a master sync!!! I have been trying for hours now. Can somebody please help! Thank you!

Did you install a Power Saver app or enabled power saving?

Depends on the Power Saving you used, some of them turn off sync for defined periods of times and turn them on again later, meaning you don't get the emails immediately. You need to fine tune your saver app to do this.

it wasn't an app. ..just the phone power saver. ..

Well you'd have to turn that off, or tweak it's settings if available.
