Root Matl02????

I flashed carbon ROM to my exhibit and for some odd reason i can make calls and send texts but now i cant receive any text and when someone calls me they get an MATL02 your call cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and try again later msg, can anyone give me some advise as to what might be the issue and how to resolve it?

That doesn't sound like a problem with the rom since I've never even heard of this. Are your apn settings correct? Have you changed any system settings or deleted anything?

Make sure u wiped cache and dalvik cache as well as factory reset and all should be good.

Thanks for the reply, I actually got this line activated today with metro pcs, i haven't changed any settings on the phone at all, the apn settings seem to be the same as before, and I forgot to mention that I also have data services available, just no incoming text or calls. I already called their cust serv but we went over the basic troubleshooting.

So since they're getting that message I'm assuming you don't receive any calls. Did you have any problems before flashing carbon?

No problems at all, i didnt think it had anything to do with the rom itself, i also went back to the stock rom and ot didnt resolve the issue.

Hm i don't know what to tell you dude. You must've unknowingly did something to the system or something.

Just an update, I went and switched my line from the exhibit to and lg esteem i had and i was still having the same problem, i think they messed up something on their end, thanks for the help KageBeast .

It was a metro pcs issue, problem solved.
