Hello! So I want to first start out with the fact I am not very tech savvy. So keep it simple for me, please.
I bought my daughter a Matricom .TAB Nero a few months and back and it is getting stuck on the intro "ANDROID" screen. I've tried the power+volume button to no avail. And sometimes it'll even give me a little dead Android with a caution symbol above its body.
My assumption is I will more than likely have to flash something over - but I have three problems.
1. Is this going to brick my tablet?
2. Where can I find such firmware/romware/whatever it's called lol
3. How exactly can I go about flashing/moving it over to the tablet if it won't even boot to the "safe" screen?
