Good write up, and accurate. Perhaps the Galaxy S4 will be one of the last outrageous spec phones.
Though it's funny they consider a 31% improvement a "complete failure." 31% is a huge number. Relative to the doubling they mention it seems small... but hell, in my field of engineering if I can get a 3% performance improvement it's considered a big deal!
