Help Maxx wont turn on

I havent even had this Maxx for a full day and when I went to make a call, it froze. I had to do a hard power off and not it wont power on. All it is doing is the Motorola boot screen. I have booted into recovery and tried a normal boot but the same thing. Any help?

It's one day old - it's under warranty. Bring it back.

I bought it through Amazon so the warranty is with them for that first 14 days or something. I ended up calling Amazon and I will be getting a replacement. I hope that I dont get another lemon.
