Help May have bricked my phone. What should I do now?

So I think I may have bricked my phone, or at least semi-bricked it. There are lots of mods and I didnt know what one was best so I thought Id try CM7.
I was following this guide: hxxp://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/41965-lg-optimus-one-complete-flashing-guide/

I thought everything was going ok, but when I boot my phone it doesnt go past the boot screen with the android guy on a skateboard. It does the animation... then it restarts the animation, then it eventually freezes. I know the first time it boots it takes a long time, but this is not booting.

I installed update-cm-7-20120420-NIGHTLY-p500-signed.zip and gapps-gb-20120116-237-signed.zip

I know how to get back into recovery, so Im guessing to fix it I just need to flash a different file. (Im hoping) but I dont know what should be flashed?

What should I do?
Thanks

EDIT:

Finally fixed it. I reflashed with update-cm-7.2.0-RC1-p500-signed.zip
