So I just had to have my Acclaim replaced for the 3rd time! (lame) but on the last phone I bought an app..just a stupid game I got highly addicted to. There wasnt the option to save it to my SD card so my question is, is there any way I can get it back without having to pay for it again??

As long as you're using the same Gmail account for the market, you should be able to download it again...w/o paying again.
