A while ago, I installed the McAfee app, because I liked some its security features. Now, the app is a problem with my phone, disconnecting it from Home WiFi, locking the phone by itself, and overall I'm not liking the app anymore, so I tried to uninstall it, the way they said to. I go to Device Administration, and disable the app as an admin, so it can no longer have access to the phone.

I then go into the app and try to uninstall it, and still when I get there, the app says I need to disable admin access, which I did. I dont know what else I could do. This app is irking me. Any suggestions?

Go into Settings | Security | Device Administrators and you should be able to remove it there.

I did. McAfee doesnt have any admin powers. Their disabled. When I try to uninstall, gives me the same message. "Cant unstall" because it has adminnrestriction! That I turned off.

Have you tried rebooting after turning off the admin access? Sometimes you need to reboot for changes to take effect.
It's worth a try.
