Root Md5 sum mismatch?

When I tried restoring from a nandroid, it said that.. I renamed the folder but I thought that was safe. I'm not bricked, just wanna know what happened. I was trying to restore a Harmonia backup from cyanbread.. I guess that could be it, but I don't know.

just go to a previous backup, extract whatever system apps you made changes to from your new backup (the one you have a md5 mismatch on) and push back to phone.

Also, renaming the folder is perfectly safe.

If you rename folders make sure there isn't any spaces.
