Me, Android and Bluetooth

[tinysnowman]

Hi all,
I am a fan of my Desire and the Android in general.

I am hoping to create a Bluetooth door lock, controlled by smart phone apps.

Does anyone know when Android is likely to support Bluetooth 4 and Low Energy?

Does anyone even know when the first phones are going to be available with the hardware to support this?

Wait, Bluetooth 4 and Low Energy? Eleborate?
