I want to install Media Go, but when I connect to the laptop, and install it, Wondows XP says, couldn't install Windows Media Format Runtime 11, so it stopped, and I download Windows Media Format Runtime 11 manually and installed it, and tried to install Media Go again, it still says couldn't install Windows Media Format Runtime 11 and stopped.
