Help Media/phone volume toggle bug

I have a bug that for some reason toggles off my media volume at all times (it thinks there is a headphone jacked in).

So when I plug in my headphones, then remove them it toggles media volume ON. However, this only lasts for around 2 minutes, then it goes back to thinking a headphone is jacked in again.

I have no idea what to do.

its probably a software issue. try making a factory reset. just remember to backup all your stuff. if that wont work think about instaling a custom rom
