I've had this Lenovo ideapad A2109 tablet for about half a year and it keeps going into this kind of broken media mode (sorry, not really nan android expert, so this could be quite simple) whenever I try to play music it says "could not play the track you requested" and watching or even streaming video gives me "could not play this video" the only way to fix this that I've found is to turn it off and on again (typical) but whilst this isn't that big a hastle it does get irritating having to do so at least once a day, I've tried media repair apps and once I wiped the whole tablet and started again, this worked for about a month before the issue came back!
