Help Media Scanner Always Restarting...Music List not Read on Music Player

Can u please help me....
The media scanner of my samsung galaxy SL is always restarting...
It can't read the music playlist i have copied from my laptop...
I have tried different apps in android market but it doesn't work...
It always say's scanning external sd...
And when you look in the application setting in running services...it say's media scanner is restarting...

I have bought it a week ago...and at first it was ok...but the second time i copied another playlist..it creates this problem...

try another sd card. if your phone read it then the old one must be broken or something. it happened to my lg phone. i bought a new card and problem solved. and also buy a good branded one.
