Help "Media Transport Fail" Notification.....

I have noticed that the SGS II has a problem with Custom Ringtones. If you have set Mp3 songs from your Media Folder (Which you transferred from your laptop) as your default phone ringtone, then many times this notification is popping up..."Media transport fail". The Phone FAILS TO RING many times due to this. I changed one SGS II because of this problem of the phone ringer NOT RINGING, but I now find the same problem with the new piece. So anyone else experienced this problem or notification? What is the solution? Is anyone from Samsung reading actual user feedback of their product here?

I have the same message on a htc evo. Not sure how to fix?
