Help media volume problem

hey guys i am having a problem with my media volume i cant turn it up i try the volume rocker and that dose not work and i also go into the settings and change the media volume form there and after i turn it up and hit back the volume goes back to off anyone know anything diff i could try short of going to Verizon?

i have tried taking the battery off it made the volume work for about an hour before reverting back to when i couldn't change it

The fact that it works for a while after a battery pull makes me think there is an app you have running that is adjusting the volume. Maybe look through your running apps and kill things one by one until you can change the volume. Not sure it will work, but it may be worth a shot.

I swapped my phone out and origin fixed lol thanks for the help guys
