Mediaserver killing the battery

I have nothing on the phone yet, no music or anything. Just some pictures that Ive taken with it. Apparently the bug started running last night, but I didnt notice until I unplugged the phone this morning. Over the past 8hrs, 20% in the systempanel app.

What else can cause it?

I just installed gsam battery monitor. I dont know why, but I know whats causing it. My phone has been in a partial wakelock the entire time. AudioOut_3 has been going the entire time since I unplugged the phone. Im reading around right now to see whats causing it. Has anyone else dealt with this yet?

I have all lockscreen sounds turned off. Evrything Ive read, I have already done. It is currently not doing it, but that was before I made all the changes... it just seemed to stop for no reason.
