Mediox tablet (problem with unlock)

Hello everyone.
My friend have Mediox tablet and yesterday when she was in the plane her tablet bugged. Now when we swich up icon who unlock the tablet it didn't unlocked. Can you help me.

yes i tryed but, still can't unlock tablet.

What happens when you try to unlock it?
Does it bring up an error?

No, I move padlock up, but he get back down again.
(When I move it, up there have one green dot , i think i have to reach it but the padlock get back down before green dot)

Maybe you have to hold it there or slide it up all the way.

try it but i can't move to green dot.

Try pressing on the green padlock and slide it to the right.

EDIT: You should be able to unlock your device.
