I just bought this phone from someone last night and the phone was working fine. I went to update the phone and when it finished installing the updates it went to reboot and it it gets stuck on the samsung galaxy mega. it keeps on shutting off, restarts vibrates and gets stuck again. it does this three or four times then it just stays in the samsung galaxy mega screen. I tried holding the volume up, home screen button and power button. all it does is reinstalls the update, restarts and it does the same thing. it does not give me options to reset the phone to factory or anything like that.... HELP PLEASE...
any information will be greatly appreciated.
