Hi, I have a galaxy ace (S5830). I need to know how to download memos onto my pc and how to read them as they are in a file format that I don't know. I clicked on download to pc in Kies but nothing appeared to happen.
My phone is filling up so except for copying them by hand into "word" I'm lost. Everything appears to be working ok as I can download photos ok. Thank s if anyone knows how to do this.
