Help Memory card keeps falling out

The memory card seems to fit nicely and lock positively. It has fallen out three times, but I have never noticed until later. Found it twice just laying on the desk or floor in my house, and I lost one.

The one in the dock that fits in the larger SD card adapter, never falls out and it doesn't even lock.

Is it just a matter of it popping out when the case gets stressed from carrying it a certain way? Anyone have this problem.
 
Do you have a case on your Prime? Is it possible that somehow you picked up the Prime by the SD slot and it clicked in? I have never had this problem but I could see how it could happen accidentally. My one main complaint with the Prime is that the memory card does not sit flush.
 
I carry my prime around with the dock connected like a laptop.

I don't know what I am doing to cause the card to fall out as I have never noticed it happening. Just that the card was gone.
 
My micro SD card fell out 3 times. Luckily I found it. I put a small piece of electric tape over it & now no more worries. Maybe you can try that.
 
Yup had same problem. Freaked me out.. thought someone at worked swiped it ... Was in my back pack.

And yeah, feels like it goes in and stays just fine .... But, I am keeping an eye on it.
