Memory Card problem

I have just put a new 64gb memory card in my phone because the 8gb could no longer stall all my music on spotify or play music.

However, it doesn't seem to have made any difference, it is still saying it is full even though I haven't added anything new.

Please help!

Could be a fake card. Where did you buy it?

I bought it over the counter in Argos (large uk retailer) so i'm pretty sure its a real one made by San Disk.

Good. That's always assumption #1.

Next, I would try to format the SD card. Directly attach it to your computer, right click the drive, and format as FAT32
