i have a samsung galaxy y and i downloaded some app and then it showed sd card damaged please format what do i do i even cleand it and it did not work please help!

If you have a computer or laptop with an SD card slot, use the adapter that should have come with the microSD card to put it into the computer and see if it can read it. If not put it back into the phone and format it. (You've already lost everything on it, so formatting it won't lose anything for you.) Remember, SD cards have a limited (long, but limited) lifespan, they don't last forever.
