Can't receive text message anymore....saying memory full....need help guys

Do you have a lot of messages on the phone? Do you know how much space they are taking up?

Is it an option to delete them? If not and you need to keep them, could you use an app such as [URL=" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riteshsahu.SMSBackupRestore] Mms Backup and Restore [/URL] and then delete your messages? Then keep your backup in the cloud or on your pc.


Also, if you poke around in your sms settings, there's an option to delete old messages when the storage is full or an option to only keep a specific number of messages per thread.

You can also go into settings >storage > "make more space" and see what exactly is taking up all the space in your phone. You can then select what you want to remove or relocate to SD storage if you want
