Help Memory getting low

My Phones memory is getting low and have 12GB Free on SD Card, all my apps that were possible are stored on SD Card, rest i can't find any app to move to SD card, and i don't know what's consuming so much memory on the phone.

Any idea's how to solve this problem?

try to download and use the Android Assistant, it will show you your memory usage both RAM/ROM. Also, try to locate and move applications and files (i.e music files) to your SD Card.

Only few mb left and i have no media on my phone and all apps are moved to mmc

U could try an app like Memory Booster to see if it would clean things up or try to pull the battery and do a hard start up and see if that clears some memory.

I had to reset my phone to factory
