Says 32GB and just wanted to know how its set up as I removed some Apps that I'd downloaded and it didnt say thats how much storage I had said 238MB 1.9GB free

Anyone explain it to me

Couldn't be RAM because the phone has only 1GB memory.

The phone has about 2.1GB storage for apps. There are 238MB occopied with apps and the remainding 1.9GB storage is free for more apps.
Enjoy it

The 32GB are
2.1 GB for apps
4GB for Android OS
26GB phone storage for your files (e.g. media)

You can most apps (as part of theirs) shove to the phone storage for to free the apps storage ... but you will see it's not necessary

Have look in Settings, Storage ...
it explains the storage and the possibility for moving apps ...
