How can I see my phone memory, not sd card, phone memory, in more detail I've tried to view everything in kies and stuff, but I can't find out WHAT'S filling my memory up. Something in my SIM is huge, and I want to know what!

The question you are asking is quite unusual. What could be there in your sim card. It's your applicaitons that are taking up the memory. FOllow the link on my signature below and then read through to find a solution to your problem. :)
