Memory Space htc hero

I can not doing anything with my htc hero because its telling me that there is low memory space, and also that i have no room for SMS messages anymore. I cany use texting or music because i have no space. i deleted every aplication i had, every text message i had, and still i have no space. what can i do.

i had posted this a second time and a man told me to go to settings, applications, manage applications, then sort by size, click on the first one in the list and clear the data for it, also do this for the first 10 or so. it really helped mine

Hi thats right go to manage applications and clear the cache and the system ,if you press menu once in program and select sort by size the highest apps with most cache or data saved will line up in order.i do mine once a week to keep phone running as quick as poss.

I have done this all the apps don't seem to have the option to clear the cache. Is a matter of a hard reset now

when this hapens for me just a regular reboot helps clearing the phones memory.

Try ACCleaner from the Market, works for me.
