Help memory swapping problem

i was rooted my nokia xl , and installed root explorer for swapping phone and sd memory and after swapping sd memory is converted into phone memory and my phone memory was gone. how can i get my original storages plz help me ... sry for my english

Did you take a nandroid backup first (i.e. made a backup using a custom recovery)? If you did that, just go back into recovery and restore that. If you didn't, please never try to make this type of modification again without doing so!

If you don't have a nandroid, can you tell us exactly how you used root explorer to swap these things?
