Help Menu and back touch buttons not working

Had to replace the glass, was shattered. Everything works great now except the menu and back buttons. Please any suggestions? I tried restarting and system reset.

That seems to happen a lot man. If you want a really cheap "fix" then try asking in the Applications forum for an app to put menu and back buttons (nav bar) on your screen.
The only other simple way to really fix it i think is buy the whole front panel as a unit and replace that
