Help Menu button doesn't work Android 7 OnePlus3T

After update to Android 7 on OnePlus3T the buttons no longer do OPEN/CLOSE MENU.

I tried to assign it to one of the buttons in different ways (double tap, long hold), it doesn't do anything.
If I assign anything else to the buttons, it works fine.

Any ideas?
