Help Menu button issue

Ok so my phone is about 6 months old and the menu button seems to be haunted. It wil hit it self all the time. It happend in any app, from suring the web to making a phone call. it is soo annoying. Has anyone had this problem before??

maybe its a software issue. try reinstalling it
