Merging, deleting, mixing albums?

Isn't it possible to delete, merge or mix entire albums in mediascape, directly on the phone?

And what about playlists?

I know that you can favorite tracks, but just because a track is not on my farvorites, it doesn't men i don't want it in a playlist.
 
YES and NO to the play lists, at least in 1.6. There is an app in the Market that allows you to retain your play lists. One you may try is called, "TuneSync". I have not tried it, but it should handle what you need. The other I have used and recommend, it is called, "doubleTwist"...
