merit root help.

I have a zte merit and want to get rid of alot of the stuff on it that i don't use and most likely never will. I am a complete idiot when it comes to these things, so I need someone to take me by the hand and lead me through it. I have looked around and seen alot of different ways to do this and usually there are a few hang ups. this is the only phone i have and i need it to end up working. that being said does anyone have the patience to walk me through it completely step by step.

I've seen tons of different ways to do it and with different programs all of which are over my head. it just seems so easy to screw up my phone so i have put it off until now. but i can't take the low storage deal anymore.

hey kidpakman dude i too have ZTE phone I love the phone, one of my cousin helped me to root my phone since i had problems it worked fine for few weeks, later I had some hardware issues ear piece blown up over the phone, so need to call up for warranty claim, those people said if the phone is rooted it
