I have a zte merit Straight talk phone... the phone wont charge...unless i hold it tightly or lay it a cetain way on the table... is the port loose? How do i fix this???

You do one of two things.
Cheapest way. Bring it to a repair shop and pay them to do it.
Expensive way. Open the phone, remove the solder from all the pins on the port. Resolder the port. (The pins are 0.1" apart, and you can't get solder shorted between them.) Put the phone back together. Find out it doesn't work. Bring it to the shop and pay them to fix the port - and pay them an additional amount to fix what you broke.
