Root [Merit] ZTE Merit Root Problem

Ok so I rooted my Zte Merit and Rommed it using the Complete ZTE Merit Guide: Root, Flash Recovery and Install New ROM (with links), and well i don't have 3G and i can no longer access the Recovery Menu and can't access my files from my pc, i was wondering if there is anything I can do to just go back to complete stock as if i just got it out of the box
 
Can you be more specific? You say that you tried it and it didn't work, what exactly did it do?

Were you able to download the file? Were you able to move it to the sdcard?
 
Does your Merit have a reset button underneath the back cover?

According to this site, the Avail has a button for doing a hard reset...If the Merit is similar to the Avail, perhaps that could work?
 
After doing some research and messing with the APN settings i was able to get 3g, only problem is i can't send or receive picture messages

To be more accurate it's like my 3G shuts off when i send an MMS
 
I realise this is a old thread but since the is no solution I'll in case someone digs out in a google.

Use tweaker to set yours APN settings.
