Root [Merit] ZTE MERIT Z990g bricked? Need help

i had my zte merit z990g rooted with napalms method the root.I had accidentally removed the dialer and i went into the recovery menu and cleared everything hoped it would help. Now it is stuck on the setup screen where you have to touch the android and it wont go any further. HELP??
 
Did you make a nandroid backup before you started toying around? If not, download someone's stock rom that's provided on thiz forum and flash it with cwm recovery.

Thanks. Is there any way you could provide me with the links and or downloads? If you could, could you help me anyway at all? I don't know what or how to flash. Thanks in advance for helping.

if it's the android with belly open and a red triangle error sign you may have a brick. the last tablet that i had do that was not recoverable (i'm guessing that's the Android version of a 'Sad Mac')
