Help Mesmerize Email

I placed my first post in the wrong forum; hopefully someone here can help out:

Email issues on the mesmerize. A few times, when i have replied to an email with the reply all function, the recipients have received jibberish; it looks like an encrypted email. So far it has only happened with my fellow employees and not to one of our clients.

Using the standard email app on the phone. Have 2 pop3 accounts set up. By and large works great but have had this issue a few times. Any hlep is appreciated.
 
Thanks. Changing from one to the other, will i need to remove the other email settings before i download k9, or just download, set it up, then delete my old settings? Not a big problem, but want to do things in the right order so i don't mess something up. Or, does downloading this automatically take over my email?

Hmm I am not 100% sure if you can import or export ur settings from the standard email app from android into K9 email client... hmm

Hmm okay I just used my Gmail account but K9 did did NOT ask to import any settings / contacts from stock / native email sadly...

Hmm i think you should make a back up of your settings 1st buddy.

Have you made a back up 1st?

Go into settings and make a back up of your device I am just trying to remeber how to do this...

Damn i am getting slow! :)
 
Appreciate the help Stinky. I'll figure out how to back them up, although i just set them up recently so should be able to remember everything.
