"Message Memory is Full" Notice

I have a Samsung phone and it appears I have stopped recieving text messages. I can send them but cannot recieve them. I have a notice on the toolbar that "Phone Storage Space is getting low". I also got a notice that "Message memeory is full".
I deleted all my text messages and rebooted the phone. It did not help and the notifications are still showing. Can someone help?

It seems your phone storage isn't enough to get a new message
1st quick tip delete some apps or download app2sd(if you dont have) and move movable apps to sd card
